Tone Cheeks and Lips

Repeat entire process in one fluid motion until you feel the burn.

Form your mouth into a little "o".
Hold the lips taut. Silently say “oooooohh.”

Now, stretch your lips outwards as if to smile.
All the while keep the teeth covered and resist the smile with a simultaneous tensing of the lip muscles. Silently say “eeeeee.”

Open your mouth as far as you can while still keeping the teeth covered and your lips firm. Silently say “ahhhhh.”

You should feel a tingling in your face and see a rosier glow n your cheeks.

Lift Brows and Forehead

Place the palms of your hands
over your temples.

Push them back and up,
lifting the eyebrows and temples

Squeeze your eyes shut as
hard as you can and hold.
repeat 50 times or until you feel the burn.

This will lift and tone your brows, forehead and cheeks

Tone Neck and Jaw Line

Do this often, it really smoothes the neck, one of the first places to show age

Lean your head back as far as you can, looking up to the ceiling.

Make your lips into an extremely exaggerated, but SOFT pout.

Keep pushing your lips upward as if you are trying to kiss the ceiling.

Stretch to the count of 60.

This will do much to tighten and tone the neck and jowls.

Introduction

We know and understand that regular exercise is good for us. It improves our blood and lymph circulation, rids us of impurities and toxins in our bodies and improves our metabolism. Exercising the face provides these same benefits with the added advantage that you will see the difference in the most visible part of you: Your FACE.. Obviously, you would not want your face to become grotesquely muscle bound, but there is little chance of that, believe me.

Regular exercise is a proven technique to maintain good all over health, tone muscles, and stimulate cell regeneration. I want to encourage you not to forget an important part of your body by including your face in your exercise routine.

However, don’t overdue it. Start slowly at first. Remember, under your skin, your face is composed of a complex structure of muscles .Many of your muscle fibers have not been fully flexed in years. Learn the exercises by following the instructions. At first, you may not think that the facial exercises are making any difference.

Make FaceEx a Daily Habit. One of the best advantages of FaceEx is that you can do them anywhere and anytime.    Of course, you may want to carefully choose a private place and time so that people don’t stare at you, or your family doesn’t freak out when you start making funny faces. Be creative and pick a place and time that you learn to associate with your facial exercises. For example, before putting on my makeup, or in bed at night before I go to sleep are two of my favorite times and places. I do the warm up when I wake up in the morning. However, you can choose any place and time that you are comfortable and can devote 10 minutes of uninterrupted attention to your face. Many users practice a few spot toning exercise throughout the day.

Feel the Burn. I am often asked, “How will I know if I am doing the exercises correctly?” This is not difficult to determine. My exercises are designed to work on specific problem areas of your face. Follow the basic exercise instructions and you will be exercising all the muscle groups in your face. Some exercises will produce more visible results in the targeted areas than others within the same period of time.

Fortunately, there is an immediate indicator that you are doing the exercises correctly. You will “Feel the Burn.” You may have to use trial and error to tweak the routine until you can feel this effect after about 10 repetitions. Tweaking involves tensing or contracting slightly different muscles each time you perform any one of the exercises.
